Small Print:

This subscription will promote one Keyword and URL for you.  Exceptionally, and ONLY for local, low-competition keyprhases, we can split your 50 posts across 3 separate keyphrases, so long as they are in the same niche and pointing to the same URL.

We build PBNs and posts for you but the sites remain ours.  You are renting our expertise and spaces (posts) on the PBN.

If you cancel your subscription, we cannot guarantee to leave your posts and links up on the PBN we have built.  Because you are renting space there, if you are not paying for it, we need to make it available to someone else who is willing to pay for it.  These PBN's are costly to build and maintain.

We will give you the urls of 5 of the PBN sites for you to show customers etc, but the rest remain private.  This is to protect the network from a disgruntled customer or other malicious person for the benefit of all the PBN Auto members.

If we notice your money site anchor text balance or on-page optimisation is poor, or your site is in penalty, we will not begin to place your posts until you are out of penalty.  This is to protect the network

Force Majeure:  A party is not liable for failure to perform the party’s obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, or actions taken by any third party outside the control of John Pearce or Chris Cantell. No party is entitled to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances..

Finally, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and end the service at any time.  We will only do so in the most extreme of situations, and have no plans to do so.  But your subscription does not convey the right to the PBN Auto service in perpetuity, and unforeseen circumstances may mean we need to end the service.
